Cancellation Policy

At Memocraft, we understand that plans can change. Here’s our cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by Customers

• Free cancellation within 24 hours of booking.
• 20% deduction for cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event.
• 50% refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled event.

2. Cancellation by Vendor
If a vendor cancels due to any reason, Memocraft will notify the customer and arrange a replacement or offer a full refund.

3. Process
Cancellations must be made by emailing support@memocraft.in with your booking ID.

We recommend informing us as early as possible so we can assist you better.
