Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Memocraft for your event planning needs.

We offer refunds in the following cases:

1. Vendor Cancellation
If a confirmed booking is canceled by the vendor or cannot be fulfilled, a full refund will be issued.

2. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

• 100% refund if canceled within 24 hours of booking (and at least 3 days before event).
• 80% refund if canceled up to 48 hours before the event.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.

3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
